Hitou ("Hitou", "we", "us") operates hitou.site - a service that creates personalized songs as gifts. You can reach us at hello@hitou.site.
By using hitou.site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You tell us about someone - the occasion, their name, your story - and we create an original song for them using professional AI music tools guided by our system. You get a free 30-second preview. If you love it, you can buy the full song for a one-time payment. The full song comes as two studio versions you can download and keep, plus a personal gift page you can share.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase.
To create the song, you give us details such as the recipient's name, the occasion, and your story. You confirm that:

Songs are created with AI music technology. Every generation is unique: the full song is produced from the same creative brief as your preview, but AI output naturally varies. The free preview exists exactly so you can hear the song before paying - what you hear in the preview is the song you buy.
When you purchase, you get a worldwide, lifetime license to use your song for personal, non-commercial purposes: listen, download, share it with the recipient and friends, post it on personal social media. You may not sell the song, use it in advertising, or monetize it commercially. The song and the gift page remain hosted by us so the gift keeps working, but your downloaded copies are yours to keep regardless.
The hitou.site website, brand, design, and the technology behind the service belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of it to you beyond the song license above.
The full song is a one-time payment of $29 (prices may change; the price shown at checkout is final and may be displayed in your local currency). Card and Apple Pay payments are processed by Whop as merchant of record; PayPal payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery is digital and instant: after payment, the full song unlocks on your gift page. If you shared your email, we also send you the link. We make reasonable efforts to keep gift pages available indefinitely, and you can always download the files.
The preview is free before any payment - that is our "love it or don't pay" guarantee. Refunds after purchase are covered by our Refund Policy.
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, no automated scraping, no using it to harass anyone or to create unlawful content.
You may voluntarily upload videos of the gift reveal (for example, the recipient's reaction to hearing their song). By uploading a video you:
Videos are reviewed by a human before any use, and are never published on public pages of this site. To withdraw a video that has not yet been used, or ask questions, write to hello@hitou.site.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties beyond what these Terms expressly state, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects consumer rights you are entitled to under applicable law.
We may suspend or stop providing the service to you if you violate these Terms. Purchased songs you have downloaded remain yours under the license above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms; the current version is always at hitou.site/terms with its effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
