You hear a free 30-second preview of your actual song before paying anything. If the preview isn't right, you simply don't buy, and it costs you nothing.
Every purchase on Hitou is covered. If you're not happy with your song, ask within 30 days of your payment and we'll refund the full amount you paid - no questions asked.
Email hello@hitou.site and tell us you'd like a refund. Send it from the email address we sent your song to, or include your gift page link so we can find your order. We reply within 2 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method and can take up to 10 business days to show up after we issue it.

Before you go to your bank, please email us - a refund from us is usually faster than a bank dispute, and you don't need a reason to ask for one.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that applicable law grants you and that cannot be waived.
