Refund Policy

1. Try before you buy

Our guarantee is built into how Hitou works: you hear a free 30-second preview of your actual song before paying anything. Love it or don't pay - if the preview isn't right, you simply don't buy, and it costs you nothing.

2. Digital purchase

The full song is a digital product delivered instantly after payment. Because you preview the song before buying and delivery is immediate, purchases are generally final.

3. When we do refund

We will make it right - with a fix or a full refund - if:

• the full song fails to unlock or the files are broken, and we can't fix it within a reasonable time;
• the full song materially differs from the preview you approved;
• you were charged twice for the same order.

4. How to request

Email hello@hitou.site within 14 days of purchase with your gift page link. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days, processed by our payment providers (Whop or PayPal).

5. A note on chargebacks

If something went wrong, please contact us first - we resolve genuine issues quickly, and a direct request is always faster than a bank dispute.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that applicable law grants you and that cannot be waived.
